The Fireplace Connection was absolutely fantastic to work with right from the first communication. The office staff were timely, informative, and helpful in our decision making of which unit would best fit our home and what we wanted. When it came time to purchase our new unit and schedule it being placed in our home, Malcolm, Billy and team were informative about the process, professional, and incredibly kind and trustworthy. Everything they said would happen, did, and everything was exactly on schedule as planned. Our new gas fireplace is absolutely gorgeous (flawless!), and Billy took the time to go over how to use the remote, how to clean it, and all the other nuances we needed to know. Malcolm came out to fix our stove handle today. He fixed it right away and told me a lot about our stove that we found very helpful. We love our Regency stove and glad to have a company that will support it.

The fireplace connection technicians repaired my pellet stove. They explained what the problem was and repaired it for me. They covered up the hardwood floors so as not to scratch them and made certain to explain what they did and why. The price was fair and they are very customer oriented. I highly recommend this company

Maryann dispatched two technicians to repair my pellet stove. They covered the hardwood floors with a work cloth so as not to scratch them. The techs diagnosed and repaired the stove within a half hour. The technicians were polite and were clearly experienced. The price was fair. They had to replace the igniter. They explained what the problem was and what they were going to do about it. I highly recommend this company.

I would like to Thank The Fireplace Connection- out of Weymouth and to everyone that helped with the purchase of my fireplace. A big thanks to Maryann in the office, which was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating with the scheduling. I can't say enough about the crew that installed my fireplace. Malcolm was fantastic to work with, he was not only kind and experience, he explained everything along with answering all my questions. The electrician and the plumber were great- very professional, excellent work. I want to also thank Billy, he was awesome- he was friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance! From beginning to end the job was done with professionalism, excellent install/workmanship and skilled!! I was completely impressed and highly recommend this business!! Thank you!! Linda
